Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times of our partnering carrier.

• Shipping methods do not reflect for orders placed via Frepouch.com’s wholesale channel.
• All orders being shipped to California must be shipped Via USPS Priority (Adult Signature Required).

Shipment to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses 

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations. Please contact info@frepouch.com for more information.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Frepouch.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Frepouch.com is not liable for any products lost during shipping and transit. If your order was lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
