No, FRE did not change its formula, but we are committed to producing the highest quality products possible and have optimized the manufacturing process used to make FRE. This optimization has resulted in a more consistent, enjoyable, and quality product.  

Consumers can expect their pouches to appear fuller. This is due to better dispersion of the granulate within the pouch. The pouches are also softer to the touch due to the granulate spread. FRE pouch material tends to be more malleable, comfortable, efficient and a bit fuller in color.

Yes, FRE nicotine pouches contain a small amount of xylitol, which can be harmful to pets. It is advisable to keep the product out of the reach of pets and dispose of any used product properly.

Unfortunately we are only able to ship domestically in the United States.

When you order a "Subscribe & Save" product, you will receive an email notification confirming you've signed up for a subscription with FRE. To manage your subscription, you can access your account from that confirmation email or login with the same email you used to place that order. Once you login on the FRE website, you can click on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. At the bottom of the page, click the "Manage my subscriptions" text. There you will be able to pause, cancel or adjust the frequency of your subscriptions.

With FRE, you have the freedom to cancel or adjust your subscription whenever you need to. Simply log into the FRE website using the email you used to place your order, navigate to your account settings, in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select the "Manage Subscriptions" at the bottom of the page.

Once you cancel, your subscription will be stopped, and you will not be charged for future shipments. Should you wish to restart your subscription, you can easily reactivate it by logging into your account.
