The color of a pouch is based on the combination of multiple ingredients. These ingredients have minor shades of color when moist. The hue is a result of the ingredients, which is normal and not indicative of any product defect. Rest assured that these color changes do not impact the product and are purposely occurring in our pouches.

When you order a "Subscribe & Save" product, you will receive an email notification confirming you've signed up for a subscription with FRĒ. To manage your subscription, you can access your account from that confirmation email or login with the same email you used to place that order. Once you login on the FRĒ website, you can click on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. At the bottom of the page, click the "Manage my subscriptions" text. There you will be able to pause, cancel or adjust the frequency of your subscriptions.

With FRĒ, you have the freedom to cancel or adjust your subscription whenever you need to. Simply log into the FRĒ website using the email you used to place your order, navigate to your account settings, in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select the "Manage Subscriptions" at the bottom of the page.

Once you cancel, your subscription will be stopped, and you will not be charged for future shipments. Should you wish to restart your subscription, you can easily reactivate it by logging into your account.
